Shipping & Returns
Every piece leaves our boutique in Downtown Beirut and travels to you fully insured. Below is how that happens, and what it means for duties, packaging and returns. If a detail matters to you, ask us before you order.
Delivery
Every order is packed at our boutique in Downtown Beirut and dispatched with FedEx or Aramex, fully insured until it reaches you. We confirm the dispatch date with you beforehand and send the tracking number the day your piece leaves us.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Wherever you are, give us the delivery address when you order and we will confirm the arrangements for that destination.
Prices, shipping and duties
Prices on this site include VAT. Shipping is complimentary on orders above US$2,500; below that amount the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Any customs duty or import tax charged by the destination country is payable by the recipient. Ask us before you order and we will tell you what to expect for your country.
Packaging
Your piece arrives in a Ralph Karouni box with a pouch, finished with our ribbon. If it is a gift, tell us and we will enclose a gift message with it.
Returns
Our pieces are not returnable. Each one is prepared individually for the person who orders it, so please take the time you need before you decide. Ask us about a size, a stone or a finish; we would far rather answer a dozen questions first than leave you unsure afterwards.
Engraved and bespoke pieces
An engraved piece and a bespoke commission are made for one person and cannot be exchanged or altered once the work has begun. We confirm every detail with you before we start.
If something is not right
If a fault in our own workmanship appears, tell us and we will put it right. Damage that happens after the piece has left us, a knock, an accident, ordinary wear, is not covered, but bring the piece to the boutique and we will tell you honestly what can be done.
Before you order
Because we do not take returns, we would rather talk first. Send us a message with the piece you are considering and we will go through the size, the stone and the finish with you.
